Maximo Business Analyst
Location: Bethesda, MD
Rate: Not more than $60 to $65 (MAX)
In person interview will be required
Position Responsibilities:
· Manage and document business and functional requirements
· Perform analysis of the existing current and future business processes
· Work closely with Maximo developers to gather and analyze process data
· Effectively communicate with business process owners
· Identify and analyze business needs
· Recommend industry best practice solutions
· Change management
· Facilitate and lead process development workshops
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business MIS; and min of 3 years of total work experience. Will accept 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
· Experience with Maximoreports highly desirable
· Experience with rail assets is preferred
· Strong project team experience
· Effective analytical and creative problem solving skill
· Self-starter
· Detail oriented
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a project team environment
· IBM Maximo certification is desirable
