The Sr. QA Analyst will be responsible for the institution and expansion of
Performance, Capacity and Regression Test development within Transportation
Systems. He/She will conduct a thorough analysis of critical TS applications to
identify performance verification and scalability needs and develop automated tests
to ensure performance and regression expectations are met.
Details of Position:
The Sr. QA Analyst will establish plans and objectives for advancing Performance,
Capacity and Regression Test development within the Transportation Systems Test
Operation. He/She will plan, execute and manage Performance/Capacity Tests,
analyze and troubleshoot performance problems, and produce Executive Summary
Results documentation. He/She is responsible for designing and implementing
automated scripts for load and stress testing so that performance and scalability of
multiple systems can be analyzed before production deployment. The Sr. QA Analyst
will manage and participate in all aspects of Performance/Capacity Testing work,
including both analytical support for development projects and maintenance of
existing applications in production.
Management Skills:
The Sr. QA Analyst must be able to establish plans and objectives for the Quality
Assurance Team and ensure resources are effectively utilized for meeting
Performance, Capacity and Regression Testing goals. He/She communicates the
team's results, including quality of work, timeliness, and budgetary goals. He/She
manages project costs, timelines, and resource allocation. Excellent Verbal and
Written communication skills; ability to report results graphically and verbally.
