We look forward to meet him and his team face to face and try to resolve many unanswered questions that are serious hurdles in our trade practices.
One suggestion: Rather than making it interactive, let us all prepare a common "Questionnaire" encompassing all the dirty problems created by the Latest DC Rules & Property Taxes. I believe, it will be really ebarrassing for Him and his team to address certain issues openly. We all know how Beauracratic System work. WHAT SAY???
For e.g. My Question is:
PROPERTY TAX
Prima Facie, does BMC have the right to recover Property Tax and if YES, can it Levy the same as per its Own whims? Unilaterally?? Without any logical base?? Without taking into account any furture repurcussions on the Real Estate segment.
Hope, we can control our emotions and sentiments before exploding.
