PeopleSoft HCM Technical/Functional Writer
Must haves:
3-4 years of experience with working in PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 and higher
2-3 years of experience in writing MD-50 or Functional Specification documents
2-3 years of experience with Oracle AIM or OUM methodology
1-2 years of experience with working in a project team with 10 total team members or higher
Should have participated in at least one prior upgrade project in any PeopleSoft module, preferably HR
Knowledge on how PeopleSoft HR, Payroll and Benefits modules integrate with each other
Subject Matter Expertise in at least 1 or 2 modules specific to HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Self-Service

Role:
Our client is looking for several PeopleSoft HCM technical/functional resources to write documentation for a few months. As a technical/functional writer you will be responsible for writing all appropriate documentation on tour client's PeopleSoft HCM upgrade from 8.9 to 9.1. You must have previous experience with Oracle AIM or OUM methodologies and working on a team of 10 or more team members. Previous HR PeopleSoft upgrade is preferred however only the upgrade of any PeopleSoft module is required. Additionally, you must be familiar with the overall functionality of PeopleSoft modules and how they integrate together and must be a subject matter expert in at least one of the following: HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, or Self-Service.
