Report/Dashboard Developer:
Proficiency with MicroStrategy schema architecture, report and dashboard development
Familiarity with dashboard design and tuning
Experience in writing SQL against source systems for Freeform SQL reports and working with Oracle, mySQL databases
Ability to create visually appealing dashboards
Ability to troubleshoot and fine-tune performance of reports and dashboards
Innovative thinking and problem solving capabilities in a fast pace environment
Familiarity with Best Practices around MicroStrategy Implementation and Development methodologies
Good understanding of data warehousing principles (star/snowflake designs)
Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills
Can do attitude, proactive and self motivated
