Client need
Position and Skill: SAP HCM functional support
Duration: 9-12 months
Location: Milwaukee, WI (onsite - Monday to Friday)
Start Date: 1-2 weeks
Rate $55/hr inclusive
General:
Need to have worked in the area of SAP HCM OM, Time Management, PF etc. Payroll experience would be added advantage. .
Specific responsibilities: Take ownership of the issues assigned, take it though validation process of whether it is incident or a change, apply experience and product knowledge to solve user production issues, (if required) collaborate with other team members of HCM, other streams and project team members to resolve issues. Communicate with users and get the issues to closure.
