Job Description:
*Architectural design, deployment, configuration and ongoing maintenance of multiple SAP landscapes - ECC 6.0, SAP BW 7.0, SAP BWA, Solution Manager, Enterprise Portals and SCM
* Perform day-to-day support functions, system maintenance, on-call, transport management, database administration, etc.
* Proactively monitor systems and perform root cause analysis of production, QA and development system issues
* Sound understanding of Solution Manager and it's functionalities. Ability to configure and setup E2E RCA, Monitoring. Understanding of CHARM and BPM is a plus.
* Sound understanding of SAP Java stack and ability to performance tune and troubleshoot java based SAP applications/reports.
* Understanding of disaster recovery and backup processes including Storage technologies, Oracle Backup & Recovery tools.
* Experience with UNIX scripting.
