MANDATORY SKILLS:
Job Duties
. Incident, Problem & Release management for various applications.
. Participate in planning, preparation and deployment validation and review phases of deployment activities.
. Provide operations support (Database Administration and Systems Administration) for applications.
. Install, configure and maintain systems running Windows server 2003/2008 & IS 6,0/7.0 and participate in server upgrade and planning.
. Capacity Planning, Storage Planning, Hardware Upgrade's and Preparing Estimates for Database, table size growth.
. Setting up SQL Server Clusters, Log shipping, Replication and performing periodic database maintenance tasks such as index rebuilding, database consistency checking (DBCC) and database performance tuning.
. Configuring SQL Servers and troubleshooting related Issues.
. Work on monitoring solutions using Microsoft Operations Manager and Site Scope.
. Install security patches, IPAK's, perform Service account password reset, SSL Certificate renewal and other regular maintenance work. Build operations documentation and update out of date or incorrect information
