1.  Web Programmer


• 3+ years experience in developing and maintaining the client side application architecture and codebase using best practices in JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery/AJAX/HTML/CSS.
• 2+ years of experience with HTML5/CSS3 and Jquery or Javascript frameworks to build widgets.
• 2+ years in developing and maintaining core JavaScript framework, with an eye toward constant refactoring for performance and maintainability, utilizing the latest industry thinking and 3rd party libraries as appropriate.
• 1+ years experience in developing robust JavaScript widgets and interface functionality using jQuery and custom framework architecture, working closely with back-end developers to create streamlined end-to-end feature implementations.


2.  Java Architect

        12+ year of Java/J2EE application development and at least two enterprise class project architecture experience.



3.  Java/J2EE Developer

1. 5+ years of JSP, Servlet, JDBC and SQL experience.
2. 3+ years of developing web applications using SPRING MVC framework.
3. 3+ years of experience with ORM tools like Hibernate or IBatis.
4. 2+ years of experience using JavaScript libraries like JQuery, Yahoo YUI, DOJO or ExtJS
5. 2+ years of experience in web technologies like CSS and HTML5 technologies.
6. 3+ years of experience in developing high volume, high availability and clustered web application.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of Liferay Portal Experience
2. 1-2 years of Portlet development experience
3. 1-2 years of experience with Continues Integration tools like Hudson
