Description of Services:
Senior Business Analyst to support projects including Client updates
and integration, knowledge Management, eHealth, Physician Services
Portal, portal upgrades, and health

Description of Deliverables:
Client division is looking for Senior Business Analysts.
The projects include upgrades to GBS' portals, health assessment
updates, coaching programs, data connectivity, Client Website updates
and integration, eHealth, Knowledge Management, and client-management
reporting.

The positions will be responsible for eliciting, documenting and
prioritizing business requirements (some in an Agile team setting).
Additional responsibilities include facilitating requirements
sessions, testing/communicating changes needed to development staff.
Seasoned professional with strong business analysis experience and
skills including the ability to lead requirements sessions and work
collaboratively with colleagues across business, product management,
IT, and user experience.


Highly Required/Desired Skills:-
4 Years of experience in BS in business or computer science field is
Required
3 Years of experience in Complete understanding of SDLC is
Required
5 Years of experience in Excellent communication skills (Oral &
Written) is Required
5+ years of experience in direct experience in the healthcare industry
is Required
3 Years of Experience in Agile development methodologies is Desired
5 Years of experience in Strong analytical skills and business acumen
is Required
5 Years of experience in Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
is Required
3 Years of experience in Experience with web application development
is Required
3 Years of experience in Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Visio is
Required
3 Years of experience in Experience with business intelligence and
reporting applications is Required
