Duties & Responsibilites :	• Hands on development background in Microsoft technologies; able to "roll their sleeves up" and step in if/when needed • Onsite-Offshore Lead experience • In-depth understanding of Design and Architecture. • ASP.NET, C#, Must have experience working with SQL Server, any Oracle experience is a major plus. • Must have experience leading/coordinating offshore teams (of 5-10 people) on Application Development projects • Business analysis skills, in order to assist with requirements definition and translating functional requirements into technical specifications for the developers • Understanding and experience in full software development lifecycle • Manufacturing industry experience and understanding of shop floor operations • Excellent communication, client facing and coordination skills • Experience working directly with business clients, not just technical teams, must be comfortable "hand holding" through project from start to finish • Exceptional communication skills.
