Compunnel jobs - Transformation Lead

1. 15-20 years of Telecom OSS / BSS experience in Enterprise or Business systems space.
2. Should have led at least one transformation solution in OSS/BSS space from pre-sales/Solution and or  Delivery Perspective.
3. Good exposure to functional side in terms of products and services in areas like VPN, VOIP, Ethernet etc.
4. Excellent knowledge Telecom standards like eTOM, SID,  Telecom OSS/BSS products stack  like Oracle,  Amdocs etc.
5. Good understanding of the emerging technologies like Cloud, Analytics, Big Data etc.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Conversant with Global Delivery Model.
8. Able to lead team of solution architects, Functional Experts and technology SME.

Prior experience of working in AT&T Enterprise / Business space would be preferred.
