A bit of insight I looked up: A conceptual data model is developed based on the data requirements for the application that is being developed, perhaps in the context of an activity model.
They need someone to do the creation from start to finish / meaning concept to completion. This person will need to go get the requirements, build out the concepts and own this project all the way thorough. That being said they need to have great communication skills and be WILL /WANTING to interact all on the team! You'll be running around working with everyone so I need someone who isn't afraid to raise their voice.
