Requested Qualifications:

-Candidate should be able to work without assistance and provide leadership for others; may have advanced education.
-5-7 Year experience in managing small to medium-scale business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution.
-5 Years experience facilitating meeting with users to identify & gather business requirements.
-4 Years experience documenting functional requirement, business rules & complex security requirement.
-5 Years experience in writing test plans & cases and performing unit & regression testing.
-5 Years experience in a system test environment using both Win Runner and Test Director, including scenario development,
validation and reporting through the use of Mercury interactive testing software.
-1 year experience with SharePoint for writing and maintaining team documentation.
-Associates Degree. Proof of education is to be submitted with all responses
