Job Description:

Telecom Domain Experience is must with Scrum Master, Agile, SDLC, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT EXPERINCE, Client Don't Want Networking Side Experience.
Client want hands on experiences on program management to directly handling  program management issue and development issue so that we want Program Manage
At least 10 to 20 years of experiences and minimum 4 to 5 years of experiences in telecom domain

You will be part of a highly motivated and successful team of talented individuals who will look to you to provide the necessary leadership and support to be successful. You will be required to become a subject matter expert in the Personalization space and be able to speak from an informed opinion providing guidance to an array of business units across the company. With your experience you are expected to manage multiple projects successfully at the same time. Attention to detail, skilled at financial management, a focus on quality and the ability to see the bigger picture and a desire to adapt and overcome challenges will position the successful candidate well. Agile trained or certified.

* Manage small and large scale IT projects from inception to fruition
* Lead a team of vendor resources
* Collaborate with various business stakeholder from across the company
* Demonstrate fiscal discipline

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the E2E project delivery processes for each individual projects irrespective of project type.
- Manage project escalations with customers/stakeholders (Internal or External).
- Owns project performance parameters
- Monitor and control the schedule, budget, quality of the project.
- Manage & Chair project calls with stakeholders.
- Prepare robust Project plan thus avoiding any schedule/budget slippage.
- Submit Change proposals as per demand of the project or as requested by customers.
- Run project performance report & share with stakeholders on best effort basis.
- Prepare & update project plan, communication plan, risk register & issues log.
- Monitor the Governance model agreed with customers.
- Manage the handover of new products/services to operations before project is set to close.
- Prepare work break down structure & update whenever scope changes.
- Initiate procurement process with vendors
- Avoid any scope creeps to the projects
- Measure project performance through quality tools.

Tools:

Very effective communication and analytical skills
Work experience: Telecom industry preferred
