Job Description:

• Responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation for MTaaS, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems.
• Experience in server administration and server handling both Linux and Windows
• Working experience of cloud solutions (Perfecto, Device Anywhere etc) and have strong background in Mobility concepts
• Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration for complex mobility systems such as cloud/ALM etc.
• Recommends the redesign and configuration of mobility systems and system applications.
• Investigates and analyzes feasibility of mobility system requirements and develops system specifications.
• Identifies methods, solutions, and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to the customers of the ATT.
• Performs full supervision of Operations staff.
• Performs troubleshooting as required for MTaaS IT Innovation lab. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations.
• Develops procedures to maintain security and protect MTaaS systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse.
• Should be disciplined, energetic and have good oral and written communication skills.
• Scripting languages experience, Unix/Linux ,VBScript JavaScript etc would be preferred
• Strong knowledge of network fundamentals
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking (IOS), including configuration deployments, scripting (TCL), backups, HP switches, IPSec VPN tunnel creation
• Knowledge of Firewall deployment and management
• Knowledge of WIFI configuration and maintenance
• Working configurative knowledge of Windows 2012/2008/2003/7/XP, Linux (various)
• Checkpoint experience, Cisco Smart Install knowledge, VMWare experience
• ITIL awareness
