JD:

-          Candidates must have examples they can show that demonstrate strategic creative thinking and be able to articulate why they made specific decisions to meet strategic objectives.

-          Solid academic background in graphic design

-          5+ years of demonstrative exp. in designing usable software experiences in the complete product development lifecycle.

-          Must be process driven, demonstrative strong interaction design skill, careful attention to details and have a solid understanding of user centered design principles.

-          Strong skills in mediating and resolving, completing requirements and designs.

-          Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills

-          Must work well under pressure and be able to meet aggressive deadline.

Plus:

-          Strong, clean visual design sense.

-          Ability to create interactive prototypes for user and market research.
