Mobile Developer – iOS/Android
Location: Florham Park, NJ, Northbrook, IL or Woonsocket, RI

Required Qualifications
• 4 years of experience in the mobile application development with at least 2 years experience managing project teams.
• 3 years of technical experience with iOS or Android development and tools.
• Strong development experience in Objective C or Java
• Good experience integrating web services into mobile apps.
• Applied knowledge of relational database systems.
• Applied knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with business users, understand/assess their needs and form appropriate project teams
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent project teams delegating work load and ensuring team efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a large retailer application development organization.
• Prior experience in people management including recruiting, orienting, training, coaching, monitoring and appraising job contributions.
• Formal project management experience
