- Network Techno-managerial position:Onsite lead for overall Network Services with hands-on experience in Network Data OR Voice technologies.Location: Austin, TX/ Phoenix, AZ.Duration: Long termSkills - Managerial:· Experience leading a team of Network Engineers – Both data and telecom· Prior experience operating in onsite-Offshore model· Strong in customer and people management· Experience handling transition of DC Services in an outsourced environment will be desired.Skills - Technical:Data:· Strong experience in engineering data center and IP backbone networks in a multi-vendor multi-protocol environment;· experience architecting networks based on T1, DS3, Fiber / Optical, DSL, Ethernet, ATM, Frame Relay, and Ethernet over Copper core, distribution, and access media;· experience designing networks for a VoIP Softswitch-based CLEC or ILEC with an integrated voice and data network;· experience integrating and managing DNS (internal and external), Email, and other hosted platforms;· Expert level experience with IP administration and management;· Expert level experience with Cisco Switches and Routers (experience with Juniper platform acceptable);· Expert level experience with designing with and managing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, ISIS, RIP, MPLS, LDP, etc;· Experience with Zhone, Occam (Calix), Hatteras, Adtran, and Actelis VoIP and Broadband platforms preferred;· Experience with services such as L2VPN, L3VPN, and VPLS preferred;· Experience with Database Design and Programming; andExperience with Network Sniffer Technologies and Capture Tools and Network Monitoring/Management systems requiredVoice:· Designing and deploying Voice telecom infrastructures· Strong hands on experience in supporting Nortel and Alcatel PBX systems.· Provide Level 2 support for IPT setup, Call Manager, Unity Voice Mail, Meeting Place Audio Conference, Voice Gateways.· Coordinating with vendors like Nortel, AT&T, Verizon for getting solutions on escalations.· Should possess excellent communication, and customer handling skills. Also Ability to handle and address customer requirements.· Should be an excellent team player
