Necessary Skills

:

• Hands on knowledge and/or experience managing infrastructure projects related to networking technologies

·         Good understanding and knowledge on networking deployments, networking domain concepts, TCP/ IP protocol

·         Experience in network engineering (knowledge of routers, switches, VLAN, IP address etc., Networking automation etc.)

• Drives through ambiguity, self-motivated, thrives with minimal supervision

·         Sound judgment, decision-making skills, and ability to work under continual deadline pressure

·         Excellent presentation skills

·         Able to work closely with customers and manage expectations

·         Ability to clearly articulate business and technical issues with staff, peers, superiors, and outside parties (e.g. vendors, partners).

·         Strong leadership, composure in crises, an awareness of how her/his behavior affects team

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills and ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
• Strong team player with a constructive perspective and commitment to the success of the business
• Strong ability to map business strategy to technical roadmap and implementing the same
• Ability to influence, train, mentor and leverage the skills of technical team
• Confident, takes ownership, willingness to "do what it takes" to get the job done
