MUST HAVE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE!!!

Title: Business System Analyst

Location: Hartford, CT

Length: 6-12 months

Rate: 40-45/HR max all inclusive

Client: Accenture

 

This is a data heavy project, as such these BAs would need to be comfortable working with Oracle/SQL. While not a requirement, people who have experience in data warehousing efforts would probably have the skills/experience that would be of use, however to be clear, this is not a data warehousing effort. Here is our basic description of what we're looking for:

Business/Systems Analyst with a minimum of 3 years' experience in eliciting, analyzing, documenting, communicating and validating business and technical requirements from a variety of business and technical stakeholders to both on-shore and off-shore project team members.

The  person should be experienced in are:
•              Source to Target data mapping
•              Developing data dictionaries
•              SQL/Oracle skills (medium complexity "Select" statements – inner/outer joins)
•              Process flows/swim lane diagrams
•              Functional requirements documentation

This person should be able to act independently and under limited guidance/supervision
•              Facilitate sessions with project stakeholders to elicit and review requirements and desired business capabilities/objectives.
•              Build, validate, and update requirements documentation as required by the project.
•              Create consumable artifacts that clearly define business requirements.
•              Regularly meet with IT partners during the requirements phase – including Design/Dev, QA, Arch, and PM.
