Job Title: Sr. Java Developer with Bioinformatics exp.
Job Location: Rochester, MN
Job Duration: 01 Year(Contract)

Job Description:
Primary responsibilities include working as part of a team to provide
application development and testing support for bioinformatics unit,
including testing and development of genomics-related projects.
Task is to develop a program using java/xsl/xslt to convert TCGA XML
clinical files to csv file which can be fed into or integrated with
EZLoader, an internal system that loads clinical data into database.

Behaviour Characteristics:
Self-motivated and a quick learner who works well in a team.
Good communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks successfully


Required Skills & Experience:
"Experience in Java is Required
"Experience in XML is Required
"Experience in Bioinformatics is Required
"Experience in Database experience (esp. Oracle) is Required
"Experience in WebSphere Application Server is Required
"Experience in Rational Application Developer (RAD) is Required
"Experience in Analyst Skills is Required
"Experience in R/SAS staticistics is Required
