Location: Tallahassee, FL

The Daptiv Implementer/Administrator will be responsible for managing the Daptiv repository for over 600 users.  This will require extensive Daptiv knowledge to expand and enhance existing Daptiv configuration and functionality.   The Daptiv Implementer/Administrator will be required to provide ongoing administrative support. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

• a)    Using advanced knowledge of DAPTIV configuration - gather user requirements
• b)    Communicate and interact with senior management
• c)     Develop and also update training materials
• d)    Roll-out Daptiv to support over 600 users
• e)     Work with Corporate Training to establish LMS Training
• f)     Generate ad hoc and standard reports

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (include appropriate hardware, software skills needed):

• a)     Expert knowledge of Daptiv (Daptiv is a project/portfolio management system which is recognized as one  industry standard by Gartner)
• b)    Advanced understanding of Cognos, as used in the Daptiv Report Writer module. 
• c)     Knowledge of SQL.
• d)    Excellent communication skills used for classroom training, training material preparation, meeting facilitation, management-level communications, interpretation and other related duties.
• e)     Ability to meet deadlines and oversee multiple components simultaneously
• f)     Ability to travel overnight to Jacksonville and Tampa to conduct training, as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  Minimum of 5 years of setting up and implementing Daptiv (all functionality) for an organization of 600+ users.  Minimum of 2 years of Cognos and SQL experience.
