Role: Sr. ABAP Developer

Location: Nashville, TN

Duration: 6 Months

 

Job Description

Hands on ABAP Senior developer - user exits, badis, object oriented programming

Strong ETL skills, install standard content object, create custom objects (Info-providers, Info-objects, extractors, transformations, process chains) when needed

 

Primary duties:

·   Understands business requirements, design and develops SAP ABAP programs/applications according to specifications.

·   Documentation of program requirements and technical specifications.

·   Assists functional analysts in conceptualizing the development of new SAP programs and applications.

·   Work with functional team members by participating in project/enhancement discussions.

·   Runs performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging

 

 

Skill set:

·   Strong ABAP skills  (need to know both Classical and Object oriented ABAP)

·   Working knowledge of oracle PL/SQL.

·   Should have experience in performance tuning.
