Functional Oracle Incentive Compensation SME

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months+

 

Us Citizens and GC Only

 

Must be able to travel to places like UK, Spain, Argentina, Chile and Peru

 

Description : Looking for Functional Consultant- Application Configuration OIC Functional Expert.

CRM OIC Gather Global Requirements and create a Global Design to build Incentive Compensation Plans for

employees. Requires the ability to configure the OIC application in multiple environments and support the deployment in various

regions. Some international travel MAY be required, but most of the work will be conducted in PA office. International travel would

be short, 1 week trips to places like UK, Spain, Argentina, Chile and Peru.

 

Must have 7+ years of Oracle

 

Responsibilities

·         Gather Global Requirements and create a Global Design to build Incentive Compensation Plans for

·         employees

·         Conduct fit-gap analysis

·         Configure Oracle Applications Modules such as CRM Foundation, Install Base, Service , Customer Service, Incentive Compensation, Service Contracts, Customer Care and Contract core

·         Conduct Oracle usage sessions with users, including User Acceptance and Training, in the above applications

·         Further define functional and technical requirements with users, and elaborate respective documentation

·         Execute enhancement cutovers to production environment

·         Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders from business, functional areas and IT

·         Work well within multi-disciplinary project team to execute Oracle EBS  Enhancement Releases on strict timelines

·         Create Documentation such as Software Design Document, Version Description Document and Standard Operating Procedures

 

Must Have Skills

·         At least 7 years' experience implementing Oracle EBS based solutions.

·         Must have multiple full life cycle implementation experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation – OIC.

·         Must experience configuring the OIC application in multiple environments and support the deployment in various regions

·         Proven experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite in commercial environments.

·         Experience with CRM Foundation, Install Base, Service , Customer Service, Incentive Compensation, Service Contracts, Customer Care and Contract core – Helpful but not Required

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
