Mid-level Kronos Workforce Management consultant ------100% Closable 

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 6 month Contract to Hire

Rate: $70/hr inclusiive

Need:The role will be to perform as a team member on Workforce Management engagements including assess, design, construct, and implementation phases. Key responsibilities include:
• Assist team with design, configuration, development and implemention of the Kronos WFC v 6.1 or higher
• Assist teams in navigating through problem and requirement definition, issue identification and workplan development using problem solving principles and past kronos experience
• Assist team with monitoring project achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved
• Assist with creating content for project presentations
• Ability to create training material content and provide field training as needed
• Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100% (unless located in Dallas)

Basic Qualifications
• Experience configuring Kronos Time and Attendance (prefer minimum of 2 years)
Preferred Skills
• Understanding of WFM software design, development and administration of Kronos
• Understanding of how WFM programs act as levers to improve overall organization performance
• Understanding of how WFM programs work together to maximize employee performance
• Experience working with Kronos system configuration
• Experience or understanding of Kronos integration to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
