Requirements:

• The Business Data Analyst should be helping to improve business processes through investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a data life cycle in terms of business functions and processes. Must have strong understanding of health care domain end to end Healthcare Provider business knowledge. 

?     The analysts will be part of the Master Data Management group with a focus on provider/member data domain, through understanding of account set up and maintenance, group enrolment, member validation, subscriber enrollment, fulfillment generation and member profiling.

• Through understanding of SDLC methodology both waterfall and agile.
• Ability to understand data models (both relational /dimensional); background in data modeling is a huge plus.
• Ability to do data profiling using SQL (Informatica PowerCenter a strong plus).
• Should be able to facilitate requirements in a group setting.
• Should have at least conceptual knowledge of MDM.
• Strong communication & documentation skills (written and verbal).
