Job Description

SAP CRM Knowledge

Good knowledge of  SAP CRM version 7.0

Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP CRM

Functional knowledge in the area of 

 Warranty Management

 Service Contract

 Service Order Management (T&M and warranty / contract based )

 Integration of CTI with CRM

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical and technical skills

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Should have over all expertise (business, functional, technical, management) in driving large scale implementation projects

Intermediate interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork and facilitation

Ability to work across and achieve results in multi-location organization

Conduct technical workshops with sr. IT representatives

Capability to finalize technical requirements by making sure standards processes are agreed

Should be able to speak business language with sr. partner level team members

Drive technical solution and timeline discussions 

Role & Responsibilities

Responsible for understanding the detailed design 

Undertake hands-on technical development work to ensure design principles as well as use of Out of the box Core SAP solutions are adhered

Ensures that technical team fully understand the requirements within a techncial specification.

Supporting the on shore / offshore delivery team – making sure that they are able to realize the solution, by a combination of monitoring and direct intervention/involvement with offshore build activities. 

Ensures that technical resources have completed and documented sufficient unit testing before handover to the functional team.

Work closely with the onshore functional teams to ensure alignment of functional requirements and technical implementation.

Produce test scripts and supporting data to complete unit and system testing as required.

Minimum of 5+ years proven SAP CRM project experience on medium to large-scale implementation programs, with experience in the following: 

SAP CRM V 7.0 +

Expertise in SAP CRM Web UI development

Expertise SAP CRM middleware

Experience in integrating SAP CRM with Mobile software like Click, Syclo (Not mandatory)

Technical skills : Must have - SAP CRM (extensive); ABAP development (extensive) with OO; BOL / GenIL (substantial); CRM WebUI (substantial); In depth knowledge of CRM middleware, synchronisation, Transport capability; Performance and tuning experience; In depth experience of Object oriented development and techniques; In depth experience of Relation databases (Oracle, SQL Server etc); Functional knowledge of SAP CRM processes; Substantial experience of SAP CRM post implementation experience;

Consistently been successful during all aspects of medium and large architectural initiatives.
