(1). Full time job on monthly payroll of 30000per month with justification of 2 bookings in the project developed/sold//traded by the company . Whereas buyer leads is being provided by the company itself. Approx.-20-25leads daily.
(a).Candidates who do more than 2 bookings in a month will get additional Rs.8000 cash incentive ON each booking after 1 booking only.
(b).Candidates who hit the monthly target for first 3month consistently-will be upgraded to higher revenue sharing module with company apart from the salary given.
(2). we r looking for 40 bussiness development managers & 5 team leaders.
where team leaders(with a team of min. 2 sales executive)-payroll-38000 per month + Rs.4000 incentive on deal of any candidate in his team.
We have the largest inventory of re-sale & original booking projects .where we have exclusive selling rights from developer.
presently working on 3 commercial projects -with complete monoply . & LAUNCHED our compani's own project in sec39,gurgaon ..opp:medicity -with 150 residential flats.also coming up with affordable housing project near IMT MANESAR & A COMMERCIAL PROJECT IN SECTOR 57 .
