Job Duties:

-This position will be responsible for defining, capturing, analyzing and enhancing business processes, which includes both manual and system/automation based activities.
-This position will utilize industry best practices and standards to document processes.
-In addition to internal client processes this position will also be responsible for identifying and capturing appropriate internal compliance, external regulatory (CMS) and client based processes.
-Create Business Process deliverables in support of Process Improvement/Reengineering efforts, including Business Process Models, Business Requirements (Voice of the Customer), Metrics, and Business Cases.
-Coordinate activities between functional areas that support the process improvement initiative.
-Create detailed business requirements based on customer data.
-Provide process for continually monitoring and improving the process once the improvement project is complete.
-Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.
-Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
-Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested. 
 

Required Skills:

-Formal experience in utilizing BPM standards.
-Successful completion of large scale proecess improvement projects
-Completion of Six Sigma Certification (or equivalent)
-Project Management & Business Analysis skills
-Proficient in MS Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Effective verbal and written communicator;
-Proven Problem Solving skills 
 

Desired Skills:

-Experience with BPM, QA, and other related systems and tools
